Footswitch supports these configurations: No Function, Select,
Image Store, Cursor, Pointer, Previous Cycle, next Cycle,
Freeze, 2D, Color, Print, Print Alt., Rec/Pause.
Enter Config (F2) -> Imaging -> Application to configure the
Footswitch functions.
