discharge pressure) too high, valve V7
closed too far.
• Check clean oil discharge pressure,
product discharge pressure.
Filling water valve V2 doesn’t open.
•
Check function V2.
Filling water volume too low, e.g. other
consumers at the same time.
• Check filling water volume.
Filling water valve V2 or filter soiled.
•
Check valve V2 and filter.
Water pressure for hydraulics too high
or closing water pulse T06 too long.
• Check water pressure with open
valve.
•
Check T06.
Separating zone displacement:
–
Product temperature too low.
• Check temperature and setpoint
TAL.
Wrong sensing liquid pump fitted.
Diameter too large.
• Check fitted sensing liquid pump as
described in the separator manual.
Pressure transmitter PT2 bridged or
set to 0.
• Check setpoint PT2.
