look for bent pins
(you should see
8 straight pins).
Are there bent
pins?

Verify the
connection
between the
2 packs. Ensure
that the in.link™
connectors
are fully recess
in the CO
connector of
both packs.
Try straightening
the pin or replace
the pack.
