13.1.13 Set brine suction duration
Display shows:
Such value stands for the duration of the second regeneration cycle (brine
suction).
The brine suction duration changes according to the model:
- Compact Mini 12 minutes
- Compact Medium 20 minutes
- Compact Maxi 35 minutes
The cursor shows the number to be changed, so press CHANGE to
change the first figure, that is the thousands, and SELECT to move cursor
to the other figures.
Press DISPLAY button to confirm the duration of the second regeneration
cycle.
13.1.14 Set final backwash duration
Display shows:
Such value stands for the duration of the third and last regeneration cycle
(final backwash).
The duration of the third regeneration cycle changes according to the
model:
- Compact Mini 2 minutes
- Compact Medium 2 minutes
- Compact Maxi 3 minutes
The cursor shows the number to be changed, so press CHANGE to
change the first figure, that is the thousands, and SELECT to move cursor
to the other figures.
Press DISPLAY button to confirm the duration of the third regeneration
cycle.
13.1.15 Set salt for regeneration
Display shows:
Such value stands for the amount of salt used in each regeneration.
The kilos of salt used per regeneration change according to the model:
- Compact Mini kg 0,90
- Compact Medium kg 1,70
- Compact Maxi kg 2,50
The cursor shows the number to be changed, so press CHANGE to
change the first figure, that is the thousands, and SELECT to move cursor
to the other figures.

13.1.16 Set turbine test
Display shows:
Press DISPLAY button to confirm NO.
13.1.17 Set Regeneration Tonight
Display shows:
REGENERATION TONIGHT means the possibility to set the appliance to
regenerate the night after programming. Press CHANGE to change NO
into YES and DISPLAY to confirm.
13.1.18 Set Filter Function
Display shows:
Press DISPLAY button to confirm NO.
13.2 PROGRAMMING FOR END USER
13.2.1 Start programming
To start, press and hold the DISPLAY button until “TIME” is displayed. If
the displayed time is correct, press DISPLAY, otherwise set time of day
(see section 13.2.2).
13.2.2 Set time of day
Display shows:
The cursor shows the number to be changed, so press CHANGE to
change the figure and SELECT to move cursor.
Repeat for all figures until the current hour and minutes are displayed.
When the desired time is displayed, press DISPLAY button to pass to
the next parameter (13.2.3 Set regeneration time).
Note Whenever you experience an electrical outage, check your
controller for the correct time. Make any necessary corrections.
13.2.3 Set regeneration time
Display shows:
The cursor shows the number to be changed, so press CHANGE to
change the figure and SELECT to move cursor.
Repeat for all figures until the regeneration time is displayed.
Press DISPLAY button to pass to the next parameter (13.2.4 Set number
of people).
Note: It is recommended to set regeneration time when there is no water
consumption. Time recommended for domestic use: 02:00.
13.2.4 Set number of people
Display shows:
The cursor shows the number to be changed (from 0 to 9), so press
CHANGE to change the figure and SELECT to move cursor.
Repeat for all figures until the number of people using the softener is
displayed.
Note: The water reserve depends on the number of people set. 280 litres
of water are subtracted for each person set.
Example. The softener is set to regenerate at 2.00. The number of people
set is 3, so 280x3=840 litres. Two hours before regenerating (at 24.00) the
softener checks the amount of water that can be supplied:
• If the value is zero or between 0 and 840, the softener will regenerate at
2.00,
• If the value is above 840, the softener will not regenerate at 2.00.
Press DISPLAY button to save and exit the user settings mode.
