8 Commissioning
The GEMÜ 3030 mFlow fl owmeter is calibrated at
the factory and is therefore immediately ready for
operation once the operating voltage is connected.
1. Set the unit of measure (SetBasics/Unit).
2. Set the mains frequency (SetBasics/F.Line).
3. Set the analogue output (SetFunction/Analog Output).
4. Determine the function of the relay outputs (SetFunction/
Digital Output).
5. Enter the type and size of the fi tting (SetCalibration/Pipe).
9 Operation
Adhesions on the sensor rod may falsify the
measurement result.
Regularly check the sensor rod (in accordance
with the application conditions) and, if necessary,
remove the adhesions with a soft cloth.
The sensor must be free of medium-repellent
substances.
Ensure that the sensor rod does not become
damaged.
