Alarm Description of the Alarm
A27 T DIFF CHAMB This temperature difference between the chamber sensors is more than 3°C
for 3 seconds.
The alarm is only activated if the temperature in the chamber reaches its
reference point.
A28 DISINF TEM L The final rinse time + 60 seconds has passed.
A31 COND SENS Error in conductivity sensor (option).
A32 CIRC PR SENS Error in circulation pump's pressure sensor (option).
A33 DRY PR SENS Error in the diff. pressure sensor in the drying filter (option).
A34 T SENS DRYER Error in dryer temperature sensor.
A35 T SENS CHAMB Error in chamber temperature sensor
A36 I SENS CHAMB Error in independent temperature sensor in the chamber.
A38 CONFIG ERROR Configuration error
A40 PROC ABORTED
Process aborted after the start button was pushed for 3 sec.
A41 I/O FAULT Error in I2C communication bus or I/O card.
A53 EXT COM ERR If DS17 Netcom is selected and the communication with Netcom is faulty. (If
SF215 is set) (Option)
A54 LOG FAILURE If DS17 Netcom is selected and the log fails. (If SF217 and SF218 have not
been reached within 2 min. after the end of process.) (Option)
7.3 Restart the machine
1. Main power off
2. Main power on
To restart the machine, use the main power switch:
1. Turn the main power off.
2. Wait until the display is deactivated.
3. Turn the main power on.
