12.0 Lubrication
Lubricating the roaster release valve is very important, since this will keep the hinges
in good shape and prevents early wear and squeaks. You will need to lubricate the
roaster release valve with a few drops every week.
12.1 Front valve lubrication
1. Oil the front valve on the left side.
2. Oil the front valve on the right side.
