4.9 Caution - ventilation
• The surrounding ambient temperature must be between 10 °C (50 °F) and 40 ºC
(104 °F). The room should have sufficient ventilation during operation in order to
prevent dangerous situations. Burning gas requires oxygen.
• Never obstruct the roasting and air ventilation vents.
• The coffee roaster shall be installed in conformity with the current regulations
and used only in a well-ventilated location.
