Inspecting the driven fixed half-pulley
- Check that there are no signs of wear on the work
surface of the belt. If there are, replace the half-
pulley..
- Make sure the bearings do not show signs of un-
usual wear.
- Measure the external diameter of the pulley bush-
ing.

Inspecting the driven sliding half-pulley
- Remove the 2 inner sealing rings and the two O-
rings.
- Measure the inside diameter of the mobile half-
pulley bushing.

- Check the belt contact surfaces.
- Insert the new oil seal and O-rings on the mobile
half-pulley.
- Fitting the half-pulley on the bushing.
