Nut locking clutch unit on pulley 55 ÷ 60 Nm
Refitting the driven pulley
• Refit the driven pulley assembly, the clutch bell
and the nut using the specific tool.
Specific tooling
020565Y Flywheel lock calliper spanner
Locking torques (N*m)
Locking torque: 40 ÷ 44 N·m
Drive-belt
- Make sure the driving belt is not damaged and
does not have cracks in the toothed grooves.
- Check the width of the belt.
Characteristic
Transmission belt/Minimum width
17.5 mm
Removing the driving pulley
- Lock the driving pulley using the appropriate tool.
- Remove the central nut with the related washer,
then remove the drive and the plastic fan.
- Remove the stationary half-pulley.
- Remove the belt, washer and remove the mobile half-pulley with its bushing, being careful that the
rollers and contrast plate fitted loosely on it do not come off.
