  If your GlucoRx Blood Glucose Meter's control testing result is out of range, consider the following: 1. There may have been an error in performing the test. Read the instructions thoroughly and repeat the test. 2. The control solution vial may not have been shaken well enough. Shake the control solution vigorously and repeat the test. 3. The control solution might be expired or contaminated. Check the expiry date of the control solution. 4. The control solution could be too warm or too cold. Ensure the control solution, meter, and test strips are at room temperature (20°C to 25°C / 68°F to 77°F) before testing. 5. The test strip could be defective. Repeat the test with a new test strip.

  If the test doesn't start after applying the sample to your GlucoRx Blood Glucose Meter, there might be a few reasons: * You may have used an insufficient blood sample. In this case, repeat the test using a new test strip and a larger volume of blood. * The test strip could be defective, so try repeating the test with a new one. * The sample may have been applied after the meter automatically switched off. Repeat the test with a new test strip, making sure to apply the sample only when the flashing symbol appears on the display.
