9.1 ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT—The operator may perform only maintenance items on the Pre-Start Inspection Checklist.
Frequent and Annual maintenance must be performed by qualified service technicians.
Perform routine maintenance as identified in the Pre-Start Inspection Checklist.
9.3 FREQUENT AND ANNUAL MAINTENANCE
Frequent Inspection Checklists and Annual Inspection Reports must be completed by qualified service technicians
trained and authorized to perform maintenance on this machine, and must be done in accordance with the procedures
outlined in the service manual. Scheduled maintenance inspection checklists are included in this manual for use by
qualified service technicians.
Machines that have been out of service for more than three months must have the Frequent Inspection Checklists
completed before returning to service.
IMPORTANT— In addition to the Frequent Inspection Checklists and Annual Inspection, the 30-Day Service
must be performed after the first 30 days or 40 hours of initial service.
See the Service & Parts Manual for specific instructions.
NEVER perform work or inspection on the machine with the platform elevated
without first blocking the scissor assembly with the Maintenance Lock.
