Quality Assurance Conditions
GP Motor ThailandCo, Ltdguarantees that every new vehicle delivered to a customer that complies with
the warranty conditions, if your motorcycle is damaged due to defects in materials or manufacturing processes,
which must be proven and considered to be a defect in materials or manufacturing by the company, the company will
replace the spare parts according to the warranty conditions as follows
1Injection system, guaranteed for 3 years or 30,000 kilometers engine temperature sensor, oxygen sensor, ECU, fuel
pump, injector, throttle bodywhichever comes first
2Engine, guaranteed for 3 years or 30,000 kilometers whichever comes first
3External electrical system parts, guaranteed for 2 years or 20,000 kilometers lighting system, headlight set, taillight
set, speedometer set, oil level float set
Key set, spark plug coilfrom which period comes first
4External parts are guaranteed for 1 year or 10,000 kilometers from which period comes first
5Battery and tires are guaranteed for 6 months or 6,000 kilometers from which period comes first
6The quality guarantee will be effective from the date of purchase of the motorcycle onwards start registering the
guarantee by considering the purchase contract as the main principle
When your motorcycle has a quality problem, you can exercise the right to the guarantee by bringing the
motorcycle and the online warranty manual to be inspected by an authorized dealer of GP Motor ThailandCo, Ltd
In case of change, cancellation or change of motorcycle owner, please contact GPX authorized distributor or
dealer in that country
Procedures for using GPX motorcycles during the warranty period
Follow and use the motorcycle according to the instructions in the user manual of the purchased model correctly and strictly
Maintain the motorcycle according to the specified distance and record the service in the online warranty manual
Do not modify any parts that are different from the factory's production standards
Do not use the motorcycle for activities other than normal use, such as racing or carrying excessive weight
Use lubricants or fuels that are not lower than the specified values in the user manual
Use only genuine parts for maintenance
When the motorcycle has a problem, stop using it and take it to the service center for inspection immediately
Parts requested for compensation during the warranty period must not have been modified or altered
WarningNeglecting and not following the instructions may cause your vehicle to lose its quality warranty
