Installation
Grounding
The equipment must be grounded to reduce the
risk of static sparking. Static sparking can cause
fumes to i gnite or explode . Groun di ng prov id es a n
escape wire for the electric current.
Pump:
the pu m p is grounded with a wire connecting
the pum p from the control enclosure. Locate the
small hole (W) in the pump outlet housing. Attach
the ground wire (Y) to the pump outlet housing using
the ground screw (X) supplied with your sys tem.
Tighten the gro und screw secu rely. Do not op erate
the equ ipment w ithout the ground wire in place.
Air c ompressor:
follow manufacturer’s
recommendations.
Fluid supply container:
follow your local code.
Object being dispens ed to:

Connect to a Graco Air Motor
The displacement pump may be installe d on Senator,
Bulldog , King, and N XT Graco air motors using Tie
Rod Kits . Se e kit manual for installation instructions.
