Clean Heat Sink Fins
Keep heat sink fins cl ean at all times. Clean them
using a dry cloth or compressed air.
Note
Do not use conductive cleaning solvents on
the module.

Engine Maintenance
The engine instructions that accompany your
unit de tail specific procedures for maintenance of
the engine. Follow ing the engine manuf acturer’s
recom m endations will extend engine work life.
Daily
• Cooling System Coolant Level — Check
• Engine Air Cleaner Service Indicator — Inspect
• En gine Oil Level — Check
Every 500 Service Hours or 1 Year
• Engine Air Clean er Element (Dual Element) —
Clean/Replace
• En gine Oil and Filter — Change
• Fuel System Filter — Replace
• Battery Voltag e — Check. See

for replacement filter elements. Refer to Perkins
engine part number GN66141N for compa tible parts.
Air Dryer Water Separator
• Clean ambien t air filter monthly or more often if air flow across the condenser is blocked.
• Clean inlet strainer monthly or more often if rapid cl ogging occurs.
• Replace separator/filter element yearly or more often if pre ssure drop across the dryer is excessive.
• Check automatic condensate drain daily.
