2. Slowly pull engine starter rope until
pump rod pin hole is aligned with
hydraulic rod hole. Push pin into hole.
Push retaining ring into groove.
3. Fill packing nut with Graco TSL.

1. Flush pump.
2. Perform Pressure Relief Procedure,
page 15.
3. Remove paint hose fitting and paint hose
from pump fitting.
If pin is loose, parts could break off and
project through the air, resulting in serious
injury or property damage. Make sure pin is
properly installed.
