      If the pressure transducer is not detected on your Graco Paint Sprayer, turn the sprayer OFF and unplug it. Remove the shroud and check the transducer cable and its connection to the control board. Also, check the transducer itself.

      If the motor is not spinning due to a high mechanical load on your Graco Paint Sprayer, turn the sprayer OFF and unplug it. Try to spin the motor; it should spin freely. If it doesn’t spin easily, remove the pump and re-check by spinning the motor again. If the motor spins easily after removing the pump, check the control board.

      Low pump output on your Graco Paint Sprayer can stem from several causes: * A worn spray tip: Replace the tip. * A clogged spray tip: Clear the tip. * Low paint supply: Refill and reprime the pump. * A clogged intake strainer: Remove, clean, and reinstall the strainer; if the issue remains, strain the paint. * Improperly seated intake valve ball and piston ball: Remove and clean the intake valve, inspect the balls and seats for damage, and replace if needed. Also, strain the paint to prevent future clogs. * A clogged fluid or tip filter: Remove, clean, and reinstall the filter. * A leaking prime valve: Repair the prime valve. * A pump that continues to stroke when the gun trigger is released: Service the pump. * Leakage around the throat packing nut: Tighten the packing ...
