The Alarm and Trigger settings are made here.
Combination
Determines the alarm output conditions. The logic alarm cable (B-513, option) is required for alarm
output.
OR ...................................... Outputs an alarm when each alarm condition is met.
AND .................................... Outputs an alarm when all of the alarm conditions are met.
Condition settings
Mode................................... Determines the alarm output condition
Off: The alarm function is disabled.
H: An alarm is generated when the signal input rises to (or exceeds)
the specified alarm level.
