ERROR CODES
E1 Outside the
boundary
1. Position the lawnmower within the boundary cable
2. Make sure that the red and black cables have not been
swapped round.
3. Contact customer services if the fault persists.
E2 Motor
block

1. Switch off the lawnmower and move it to an area where
there are no obstacles.
2. Switch on the lawnmower. Press START followed by OK.
3. Switch off the power if the error persists.
Turn the lawnmower upside down and look for anything
stopping the wheels from turning.
4. Remove any obstacles, turn the lawnmower over and
switch the power on. Press START followed by OK.
E3 Motor

1. Switch off the lawnmower.
2. Turn the lawnmower upside down and look for anything
that prevents the blade from turning.
3. Remove any obstacles.
4. Turn the lawnmower over again and place it in an area
with shorter grass or set a longer cutting height.
5. Switch on the lawnmower. Press START followed by OK.
E4 Bumper
sensor is
always
activated
1. Switch off the lawnmower.
2. Position the lawnmower in an area of the lawn without
obstacles 3. Remove the cover and inspect the magnet on
the back of the cover. Contact customer services to replace
the cover if there is no magnet.
4. Check that the rubber connection between the cover and
the lawnmower is secure if the magnet is in place. Tighten
if it is loose.
5. Switch on the power. Press START followed by OK.
E5 Lifting 1. Switch off the lawnmower.
2. Place the lawnmower in an area without obstacles.
3. Switch on the lawnmower. Press START followed by OK.
4. Switch off the lawnmower if the fault persists.
5. Turn upside down. Check if there is anything preventing
the front wheels from turning.
6. Remove any obstacles, turn the lawnmower over
and switch it on. Press START followed by OK.
E6 Upside
down
1. Turn the lawnmower over.
2. Press START followed by OK.
3. Contact customer services if the fault persists.
E7 Angle
sensor is
always
activated
1. Switch off the lawnmower.
2. Ensure that the slope of the lawn does not exceed the
specified limits.
3. Place the lawnmower on a flat surface.
4. Switch on the lawnmower. Press START followed by OK
5. Contact customer services if the fault persists.
