RR: When normal startup, the output power rise is 1%~100%, the maximum output
current/section is adjustable.
SS: The output power is increased by 1%~100% for inverter reconnection after grid fault

value of Q1 and Q4 are the same.
When the grid frequency exceeds 60+dbof, the output active power PM varies with
the grid frequency. When the grid frequency returns below 60+dbof, the output current
rise rate limit of the output active power is RR.
