12.2 Manual operation
The pump set can also be manually started and stopped for a
functional test, at start-up or after service work.
Starting procedure
Stopping procedure
It is assumed that the pump has already been
vented and commissioned.
Step Illustration
1. Set the main switch to
"I" if this has not
already been done.
2. Set the selector switch
to "Test" by means of
the key.
3. Open the isolating valve of the test pipe.
4. Start the pump
manually by pressing
[Start]. Press the
button until the pump
starts.
Note: If the pump does not start, see the indicator lights.

Step Illustration
1. Stop the pump
manually by pressing
[Stop].
2. Set the selector switch
to "Auto" by means of
the key.
3. Close the isolating valve of the test pipe.
After stopping, the pump set returns to automatic
mode.
