Connection sockets with loudspeaker switch

Micro socket Q
Serves for the connection of a microphone and the mixer unit 607. The
téléphone adapter 244 U may be connected either to this input or to
the radio socket.
Radio input (resp. output) 'B*
for the connection of radio sets which are provided with a standard
tape recorder socket, for:
a) recording and playback of radio broadcasts
b) recording of records, if the phonograph is connected to the radio set
for playback via a 3-pole amplifier unit, for re-recording to a second
tape recorder and for connection of a Stereo-Mixer 608.
Phono input and loudspeaker output «2
for the connection of a phonograph or of a second tape recorder for
re-recording records or tapes
for the connection of an external speaker or an earphone.
Loudspeaker switch
In position 0 the built-in loudspeaker is put out of opération.
Ground socket (not illustrated)
This tape recorder should be used preferably in dry rooms. When using
it in damp rooms or outdoors a ground connection should be made by
means of a copper lead having the diameter of 1,5 m2 connecf the
ground lead to a water pipe or a pipe driven into the ground.

Entrée «Micro» Q
Pour le branchement d'un microphone et du boîtier de mixage 607.
L'adaptateur téléphonique 244 U peut être branché à la prise Micro
ou à celle Radio.
Entrée «Radio» et sortie 'ET'
Pour le raccordement à un appareil radio équipé de la prise normali-
sée pour magnétophone. Possibilités:
a) Enregistrement et reproduction de programmes radiophoniques
b) Enregistrement de disques, lorsqu'un tourne-disques est branché sur
l'appareil radio, également pour la reproduction par un autre ampli-
ficateur (par exemple une chaîne haute fidélité), pour le transregistre-
ment sur un second enregistreur et pour le raccordement du pupitre de
mixage stéréo 608.
Entrée «Disques» et sortie haut-parleur «ï
Pour le branchement d'un tourne-disques ou d'un second enregistreur
pour le transregistrement (repiquage) de disques ou de bandes. Pour le
branchement d'un haut-parleur supplémentaire ou d'un écouteur.
Interrupteur de haut-parleur
En position 0 le haut-parleur incorporé est coupé.
Prise de ferre (pas montrée)
L'appareil doit être utilisé dans un local sec. L'utilisation en plein air
ou dans un local humide peut présenter certains dangers. Dans tous
les cas, il faut alors utiliser un câble de mise à la terre en cuivre
d'une section d'au moins 1,5 mm2, qui reliera la prise «terre» à une
canalisation d'eau.
