The machine does not produce
milk foam.
a. The automatic milk frother in the
spout is dirty or not properly fitted.
b. The holes in the milk connection
hose are clogged with milk residue.
c. The temperature of the milk is too
high.
a. Clean the automatic milk frother
and ensure that it is correctly fitted.
b. Refer to section 5.1.4 ‘Milk accessories
- Stainless steel milk jug and the
milk connection hose’. Clean the lid
connector and make sure that all
the holes in the lid connector are
clean. Use the spiral needle or brush
to clean it.
c. Use cold milk, around 5°C to ensure
good results.
The milk foam is not creamy.
The type of milk used is not suitable
for foaming.
Different types of milk give a
different amount or thickness of
foam. Semi-skimmed or whole cow’s
milk gives good results.
The connection hole in the milk
container’s rigid tube is blocked with
milk residue that is hard to clean.
The stainless steel milk jug lid
connector has not been cleaned for
a long time.
Soak the milk container tube and
the lid connector in hot water for
one hour, and follow the instructions
in section 5.1.4 ‘Milk accessories’ -
Stainless steel milk jug and the milk
connection hose’. After cleaning the
parts, continue operating the Milk
Frother function until water comes
out of the spout. You can use the
spiral needle or the brush to clean
the holes.
Milk is leaking from the milk circuit..
The milk connection hose is not
properly fitted.
Check that all parts of the milk
system are properly assembled and
clean.
The descaling indicator continues
to flash even after descaling..
The descaling cycle is not finished.
Please be patient and wait for the
cycle to finish. The machine will
switch off automatically.
Do not switch it off manually.
