Note:
Press the READ/ENTER key to move from digit to digit. Use the ZERO/SCROLL
key to change the number.
8. After completing entry of the blank value, press the READ/ENTER key. The
display will show “A0”.
9. Insert the reagent blank or deionized water into the cell holder. Cover the
blank with the instrument cap.
10. Press the
READ/ENTER key. The meter will measure and display the
absorbance value for “S0”.
11. Remove the sample blank. Press the
ZERO/SCROLL key. “S1” will appear.
Press the
READ/ENTER key, then enter the first standard value.
Note: Press the READ/ENTER key to move from digit to digit. Use the ZERO/SCROLL
key to change the number.
12. After completing entry of the first standard value, press the READ/ENTER
key. The display will show “A1”.
13. Insert the first reacted standard solution into the cell holder. Cover the
prepared standard with the instrument cap.
