Remove the sample IDs that are not used. Add a new sample ID.

The document does not
show on the display.
Make sure that the document is saved as a PDF.

Delete other documents, then add the document again.

Make sure that the video format is AVI (Codec XVID) with a resolution of 640 x

are correctly configured.

Use the correct standard. Make sure that the standard is not expired. Measure the
standard again.
