What to do if Haefely Technology AXOS5 Test Equipment shows EUT requires more than 16 A?
    • L
      Laurie PattersonAug 4, 2025
If your EUT requires more than 16A support current, it might be defective or have a short circuit. First, check the Inominal of the EUT, noting that the AXOS5 supports a maximum of 16A. Control the EUT independently to check for a short circuit. If a higher Inominal is required, an external CDN is necessary.

Why does my Haefely Technology AXOS5 Test Equipment beep once and automatically shut down?
    • B
      Bridget MendozaAug 11, 2025
If the AXOS5 Test Equipment produces one beep and automatically shuts down, it could be due to several reasons. It could be that at system startup any of the internal supply voltages (excluding 24V) are out of range, or the internal supply voltage 24V is out of range. Another cause might be a bad or missing Function Key or a missing or damaged internal storage card. In the first two cases send AXOS5 for repair. In the third case, go to Setup License Manager and check for correct numbers or send for repair.
