5.3 Maintenance plan
Hako system maintenance by the customer
Activity / interval
Daily
• Empty the waste water tank; clean the waste water tank and the sieve
insert
• Clean the solution tank and check the fresh water filter for contamination
• Clean the cleaning tools
• Clean the squeegee
• Charge the battery
Weekly
• Clean the fresh water filter
• Check the brushes/pads for wear, replace if necessary
• Clean the waste water suction hose
• Check the suction hoses for tight fit and correct sealing
• Check the sealing strips at the squeegee for wear, turn or replace if
necessary
• Check the cleaning tools for low-noise running
• Check the snap-in hooks of the cleaning tools
• Visually inspect the operating bar joint
• Clean the machine as required
