7. Route the power cable into the power case far enough to easily reach the main circuit breaker
and ground connection "O". Properly secure the cable at the entrance to the power case with a
water-proof connection.
8. Route the power wires through the top of the wire shield and connect to the top of the main
circuit breaker.
9. Install the clear face plate on the main circuit breaker.
10. Connect the ground wire to the ground connection.
11. Close and latch the power case doors.
12. Turn on the power source to the incoming power cable.
ELECTRICAL PHASE
The electrical phase is checked automatically by the control at power up. An alarm message will be
displayed if the electrical phase is incorrect.
Checking the Electrical Phase
1. Turn main circuit breaker handle "J", Figure 1.54, to the ON position.
2. Turn the Control ON/OFF switch to ON and wait until the control display screen is ON.
If the electrical phase is not correct, the following alarm message will be displayed:
INCORRECT POWER PHASE SEQUENCE
3. Turn the Control ON/OFF switch to OFF.
4. Turn the main circuit breaker to the OFF position.
Changing the Electrical Phase
- WARNING -
Make certain that the incoming power source is turned OFF before working with
the power cable.
1. Turn main circuit breaker handle "J", Figure 1.54, to the OFF position.
2. Turn off the power source to the incoming power cable.
3. Release six latches “I”.
4. Open the left power case door.
5. Lift door release "K", Figure 1.55, and open the right power case door.
6. Swap the connection of any two wires on the line side of the main circuit breaker.
7. Close and latch the power case door.
8. Check the electrical phase as outlined above.
