4. Carefully peel the paper backing from the dial label. Position the
50-index in line with the
chassis mark and
center
the label over the
center
of
the
large
knob. Press the label in place on the large knob,
working
from
the
center
outward.

Cut a
1-1/2"
length
of thin foam tape from the
5"
length supplied.

Refer
to
Detail
3-3B.
Remove
the paper backing from one side of the thin
foam tape; then press the tape in place on the back of the meter
as
shown.
NOTE: Do not remove the paper from the other side of the tape.

Remove the shorting wire from the meter lugs.

)
Place the meter down into its opening in the chassis
so
it is positioned as
shown in
the
Pictorial. NOTE:
Do
not bend the Meter lugs.
Set the chassis assembly aside temporarily.
