NOTE:
When
you
use
a
length
of
stranded
wire,
such
as
the
large
black
or
large
red
wire,
twist
together
the
ends
of
the
fine
wires
and
apply
a
thin
film
of
solder
to
hold
the
strands
together.

connect one
end
of
a
4"
large
black
wire
to
lug
1
of
electrolytic
capacitor
S
(S-1).
Place
the
free
end
of
this
wire
through
grommet

to
be
connected
later.

wire

electrolytic

Cut
the
leads
of
the
power
transformer
to
the
dimensions
shown
in
Detail
11A.
Meas-
ure
each
lead
from
the
point
it
leaves
the
transformer
body.
Remove
1/4"
of
insula-
tion
from
the
end
of
each
transformer
lead.
Then
melt
a
small
amount
of
solder
on
the
bared
lead
end
to
hold
the
wire
strands
together.
