Fuses
1. Turn o power to maintenance machine and unplug unit from wall.
2. Insert small athead screwdriver into divot on side of fuse holder to press tab
inward and lift out fuse holder (Fig 10).
3. Pull out fuse(s).
4. Install new fuse(s) (250 V / 2 A slow blow) into holder.
5. Place fuse holder back into unit.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Note: The Maxima XTEND AX Maintenance System will beep continuously any time there is an operation error. Before attempting any
troubleshooting solutions, power o machine.
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Unit will not operate; lights and LCD display
not on.
Unit not powered on. Check unit power cord connections at
outlet and back of unit.
Make sure power outlet is live.
Inspect and change fuse(s).
Unit will not operate when Start button
pressed; LCD display shows “DOOR.”
Front door open. Close front door.
Unit will not operate when Start button
pressed; LCD display shows “CHECK CAN”
and Empty Spray Can light is blinking.
Maxima XTEND Spray can empty.
Maxima XTEND Spray can not properly
installed.
Replace Maxima XTEND Spray can.
Reinstall Maxima XTEND Spray can.
Unit will not operate when Start button
pressed; LCD display shows “Low air
pressure. Code 04.”
Compressed air is not connected.
Air pressure set below 4 bars.
Properly connect compressed air.
Enter OPERATIONAL SETUP for air pressure
and use air regulator to adjust to 4 ‑ 6 bars.
Unusual odor Oil tray liners saturated. Replace oil tray liners and clean oil tray.
Spray can will not install. Spray nozzle is bent.
Not using Maxima XTEND Spray.
Replace spray can.
Use only Maxima XTEND Spray.
