CYLINDER HEAD / CYLINDER / PISTON
Attention of Operation
z Can be operated when engine installed on vehicle.
z Must cleaning before operating, avoiding dust enter the engine.
z Remove the gasket dust stay on joint face.
z Avoid to use screw driver harm the joint face when remove the cylinder &
cylinder head.
z Avoid to harm the cylinder inner surface and piston face.
z Cleaning before check parts, and smear motor oil appointed in sliding face before
installing.
Diagnosis of Troubles
Low compression pressure , poor start , idle speed not stable
z Air leakage of cylinder head gasket.
z Wear & damage the piston ring.
z Wrong installation of spark plug
z Wear & damage the cylinder and piston.
z Reed valve defect.
Compression pressure too high, overheating, locking
z Piling up carbon of cylinder head or piston head.
Piston Noise
z Wear the cylinder and piston.
z Wear the piston pin hole and piston pin.
z Wear the needle bearing of crank connecting rod (small end) .
Piston ring noise
z Wear or damage the piston ring.
z Wear or damage the cylinder.
