Final Transmission Mechanism
Attention of Operation
z This chapter explain that final reduction mechanism maintenance can be operated
in the vehicle.
z Use professional tool to change driving shaft.
Replace Transmission Gear Oil
z Remove 4 Hex Washer Face Bolt fixed on Floor Panel.
z Move forward the Floor Panel.
z Remove Hex Washer Face Bolt and Copper Plain Washer.
z Leak out oil Transmission Gear Oil.
z Fix Hex Washer Face bolt and Copper Plain Washer.
z Remove Oil Plug and add 80C.C. new Transmission Gear Oil.
z Fix Oil Plug.
z Recommend use grade SAE 90 or 85W-140 Gear Oil.
Diagnosis of Trouble
Engine starts but vehicle does not move.
z Transmission gears broken.
z Transmission gears burns out.
Operate of noise
z Abrasion、wore and teeth hurted of gear
z Bearing wore and loosened.
Gear oil leaking
z Too much gear oil filled.
z Oil seal wear-out or damage.
