EMISSION WARRANTY
j ) It is mandatory to obtain a PUC certificate from the Authorised PUC center. In case of non-compliance with the emission
standards please contact the channel partner immediately along with the previous OK certificate, for the /authorised workshop
necessary rectification. The manufacturer or the dealer is not responsible for any penalty levied on you on account of non-
compliance with the emission standards.
k ) The parts, which are covered under emission warranty are fuel injector, fuel pump, throttle body, ignition coil, oxygen sensor and
muffler.
Subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
• The vehicle has been used for competitions, races, and rallies or for the purpose of establishing records.
• The vehicle, or parts thereof, has been altered, tampered with or modified or replaced in an unauthorized manner.
l ) Emission warranty shall not be applicable if

concerned.
• The vehicle has been subjected to abnormal use, abuse, neglect and improper maintenance or has met with an accident.
• The odometer is not functioning or the odometer and/or its reading has been changed/tampered with, so that the actual
distance covered cannot be readily determined.
