Icon Description Notes
Dirty Printer / Cleaning Suggested This icon is displayed in the upper right
portion of the Ready screen after 3000
cards have been printed since the last time
the printer cleaning routine was run.
After the printer cleaning routine is
executed, the icon is removed from the
Ready screen.
Hopper Selection One of these two icons are displayed in the
upper right portion of the Ready screen
when the printer has an attached dual-input
card hopper.
Top Hopper Selection This icon indicates that the top hopper is
the currently selected hopper.
Bottom Hopper Selection This icon indicates that the bottom hopper
is the currently selected hopper.
A print job may specify a specific hopper be
used, in which case the hopper may actuate
to the other input hopper and this icon is
updated to reflect the current state.
Laminate Low / No Laminate These two laminate icons are displayed in
the upper left portion of the Ready screen if
a laminator is attached and the laminate is
low or empty.
Printer Cover Open Pressing the button on the right runs the
card path motor and moves any card in the
printer to the right for as long as the button
is depressed.
Pressing the button on the left runs the card
path motor and moves any card in the
printer to the left for as long as the button is
depressed.
