1. Description of the Problem
When installing the driver, due to various factors, driver files such as gcc and make cannot be
compiled, thus interrupting the driver installation process:
2. Cause of the Problem & Solution
 The system is not connected to a network (internet connection).
Solution:
a. Ensure that the network is properly connected.
b. Reinstall the HighPoint driver.
 The system process is occupied/ busy.
Solution:
a. Open the system terminal with root privileges and enter the following commands:
#apt-get update
b. Release the process and update the download source.
c. Reinstall the HighPoint driver.
