In measurement of a fluorescence spectrum, many peaks
appear besides that of sample fluorescence. It is
necessary to find the correct sample peak according to the
explanation given above.
(5) Temperature Dependency of Fluorescence Intensity
In most cases, the fluorescence intensity decreases by 1 to
2% as the temperature of sample increases by 1 C.
It should be noted, however, that in some biochemical
samples, the fluorescence intensity decreases by approx.
10% as the temperature of sample increases by 1 C.
