5.2.5 Replacement of the thermistor
1 Remove the screws (x4) of the heater cover and the
heater cover.
2 Disconnect the thermistor from the PCB (CN4
connector).
3 Remove the thermostat bulb -3- and the thermistor -2-
from the same sheath -1-.

4 Install new one thermistor.
a. Insert the thermistor -2- through the hole of the
heater cover.
b. Apply conductive silicon grease in the sheath -1-
and thermistor -2- to guaranty the contact surface.
c. Insert the thermistor -2- inside the sheath.
d. Insert the thermostat bulb -3- inside the sheath -1-.

e. Connect the thermistor to the PCB (CN4
connector).
f. Mount the heater cover and x it with the screws
(x4).
5.2.6 Replacement of the safety thermostat
The safety thermostat is used in case of water gets too
hot.
1 Open the ebox and disconnect all the terminals
connected to the thermostat.
2 Remove the external nut -1- that xes the thermostat to
the electrical box.

3 Remove the screws (x4) of the heater cover and the
heater cover.
4 Remove the thermostat bulb -2- and the capillary -3-
from the sheath -1-.

5 Pass the thermostat bulb through the hole of the heater
cover and remove the whole safety thermostat.
