Is the power circuit normal? For details,
see the page on the power circuit.
Check the reversing valve.
Refer to the reversing valve
drive circuit.
If the 15/25 A fuse is blown out, it
may have caused another part to go
out of order. Please take care. (The
main parts which may be in such a
state are the varistor, diode stack,
IPM and smoothing capacitor)
Just in case, turn the power on
once more.
LD301 does nut turn on and the
power circuit is normal.

Replace the electrical parts of the
outdoor unit.
Replace the outdoor electrical parts (due to
abnormality in the power circuit).
Replace the outdoor electrical parts (due to
abnormality in the power circuit).
Replace the outdoor electrical parts in
the reversing valve drive circuit or the
reversing valve.
Replace the outdoor electrical parts (due
to abnormality in the microcontroller or
the LED).
Check for electrical leakage. After
that, turn on the breaker and make a
double check.
Check the electrical parts of the indoor
unit. (Possibility of failure such as power
relay abnormality or communication error)
Ensure the power supply.
Has the breaker been activated?
Is the 3 A fuse blown out?
Is the 15/25 A fuse normal?
Check the blinking frequency of LD301.

communication circuit)
Replace the outdoor electrical parts
(in the case of an abnormality in the
communication circuit).
Fix the point of failure
Is JW001 open? Or is the circuit
between JW001 and JW002 short?
JW001 is open or JW001 and JW002 are short

stoppage
LD301 blinks 13 times.
LD301 blinks once.
Start operation with the remote control or the
pump down option in the indoor.
Check the F cable connection (for incomplete insertion,
connection with a too thin cable, erroneous connection
between terminal boards 1, 2 and 3, and other abnormalities).
LD301 is lit on while heating operation is being performed. LD301 is turned on for 2 seconds and o󰀨
for 0.3 seconds when the unit is operating with a heavy load (But this is not a sign of failure). If LD301
blinks in 0.25 second intervals, please refer to the following checks after operation.
If LD301 blinks in 0.25 second intervals, count
the times between 2 second o󰀨 intervals.

If the indoor unit is either of the following
states,it will blink once.
•  Ionmist in progress
•  2 hours before the ON timer
Turn the power back on, start
operation with the remote control
or the pump down option in the
indoor, and check the blinking
frequency of the LD301.

Conduct a check according to the
description of the LED blinking 9
times given above.
