DECEL= 1000 : Set the deceleration time to 10 seconds.

FW= 1 : Accelerate the forward rotation speed up to 60 Hz.
wait RUN = 1 : Wait until the motor operates at 60 Hz.
delay off FW TD(0) 15.00 : Start the 15-second timer counter.
