Node interconnect switch
The node interconnect switch is a 1U switch chassis that contains interconnect and
management components, including two interconnect switches, the service processor
(SVP), an ethernet switch (SSVP), the operation panel, and two power supplies with a
built-in cooling fan. The primary and secondary node interconnect switches must be
installed in the storage system. For the secondary node interconnect switch, the SVP and
SSVP are optional.
