Rules for the gas-bottle container
• Beforeeverytrip,checkthatgasbottlesaresecurelyfastened.
Placetheminanuprightpositionandshutthevalves.
• Re-lashallloosebelts.
• Aleakdetectionagentmustalwaysbeusedtocheckthatthe
controlknoborhoseconnectionsdonotleakeverytimethe
bottleisreplaced.
• Thegas-bottlecontainerisnotsuitablefortransportingacces-
sories(e.g.outertent,foodorelectricaldevices).
• Themainshutovalvesonthegasbottlesmustalwaysbe
easilyaccessible.
• Theventilationofthegas-bottlecontainer(gapbetweenthe
bottomofthebottlecontainerandthefrontwall)mustnotbe
closed.
• Lockthegas-bottlecontainertopreventunauthorisedpeople
fromobtainingaccess.

Changing gas bottles
• Opentheapofthegasbottlecontainer.
• Shutthemainshutovalveonthegasbottle.Note the direc-
tion of the arrow!
• Unscrewthegaspressureregulator/high-pressurehose*with
thegashosebyhandfromthegasbottle(left-handedthread).
• Loosenthebeltsandremovethegasbottle.
• Placeafullgasbottlebackinthegasbottlecontainer.
• Lashthefasteningstrap(s)securely.
• Screwthegaspressureregulator/high-pressurehose*byhand
ontothegasbottle(left-handedthread).
• Openthevalveonthefullgasbottlethathasbeenconnected.
• Checkwhetherthereisanygasescapingfromthetie-inpoints
bysprayingthemwithleakdetectionspray.
• Closetheapofthegasbottlecontainer.
