Honda 2004 CRF250X - Left Crankcase; Transmission;Balancer;Shift Drum Bearings

CRANKCASE/CRANKSHAFT /TRANSMISSION/BALANCER
Apply oil to a new oil seal outer surface.
Install a new left crankshaft bearing oil seal to the
specified depth below the crankcase surface as
shown.
TRANSMISSION/BALANCER/SHIFT
DRUM BEARINGS
LEFT CRANKCASE
Remove the counters haft oil sea! a nd balancer shaft
oil seal.
Remove the screws and countershaft bearing set
plates.
Remove the snap ring from the left crankcase.
SET PLATES
1.0 ± 0.5 mm
(0.04 ± 0.02 in)
