SERVICING YOUR OUTBOARD MOTOR
Apply corrosion inhibitor to all areas under the engine cover and any exposed metal surfaces except the belts.
Lubrication Points
Apply Honda Marine waterproof grease to the parts
shown below:
Lubrication interval:
After the first 20 hours or 1 month, then every 100
hours or 6 months (refer to the MAINTENANCE
SCHEDULE on page 60).
Apply anticorrosion oil to pivot
surfaces where grease cannot
penetrate.
