’ pushbutton, select the remaining four GSM
Number entry fields, as required, and repeat steps 4 to 9
above. Once all the required numbers have been entered,
press ‘

to exit. All numbers are saved on exiting.
5.5.4.10 Suspend Comms Limit
This function is only selectable if Third Party was selected
at the RS232 Protocol screen. Used to limit the maximum
time for suspending the RS232 Third Party Datalink. Up
to 300 minutes can be set. Alternatively, a value of ‘0’
can be entered when an indefinite period is required.
1 From the Setup menu screen, press the ‘

’ button
on the numeric keypad to select the RS232
Communications port option. The RS232 Protocol
setup screen is displayed:
2 Press the ‘

’ buttons to scroll through until the
Suspend Comms Limit screen is displayed.
3 Press the ‘

’ button if the limit is to be changed.
4 Using the numeric keypad, enter the new value (in
minutes) and confirm using the ‘

button. The LCD
automatically returns to the Suspend Comms Limit
screen. Alternatively, press ‘

to cancel the change.
