After a few seconds, the panel will automatically return
to Test Mode and the device LED will be turned off. The
panel is then ready to test the next device.
Note: Up to one minute must be allowed for smoke
sensors to clear.
If a fire alarm signal is received from a zone other than
those being tested, all sounder output and relay output
circuits will activate as configured for a zone in alarm. The
sounders will continue to ring until silenced from the panel.
4.9.4 Auto High Test - User Option
The Auto High Test, if configured during commissioning,
automatically polls and tests all devices on the loop at a
specified time of day. This test takes about 70-80 seconds
to complete. To run the test manually:
1 From the Test Menu, using the numeric keypad press
the ‘

’ button to select the Auto High Test.
2 When the LCD displays the start Auto High Test
message, press the ‘

’ button to start the test.
3 Each sensor is tested individually. The device under
test is displayed on line 2 of the LCD in the format
shown below, then re-displays the Test Menu.
4 After each device test the pass or fail message is
displayed, as in the examples below:
5 If a fault occurs while the Auto High Test is active the
LCD displays a fault message (example given below):
6 Press the ‘

’ button to display additional zonal and
device text information. Press the ‘

’ button to return
to the Test menu. Clear the fault and repeat the test.
