4. Lower the ribbon cover.
5. For a 1 inch ribbon core, insert a ribbon adapter into the thermal transfer
ribbon roll. The ribbon should come off of the roll as shown in the following
illustration.
If your media is not very wide, center the ribbon core on the ribbon adapter.
