The PC will detect a new device has been plugged into the USB port.
Now that the XL4/XL4 Prime is plugged in, go to Cscape → Controller → Connection Wizard. If
you are just opening Cscape, Connection Wizard usually opens by default.
Select USB and click Next >>.
