motorleadpassingthroughitthatishigher
thantheMotorOverloadSetting.
DuringanOverloadConditionnovoltageis
presentatIceFlakerRunSwitchLeg(Term6),
theSolenoidValveContacts
(Term7&8)are
open,andtheOvercurrentConditionIndicator
Lightislitred.
TheMotorOverloadsettingshouldbeadjusted
onstart‐upandanytimechangesaremadeto
theDriveMotororMainShaft.
MotorOverloadSetting
TheproperadjustmentofMotorOverload
Settingwillprotect the
IceFlakerandhelpavoid
nuisanceservicecalls.
TosettheMotorOverloadcorrectly,
1. Markthelocationofthesetscrew
beforeanadjustmentismade,asa
pointofreference.
2. Placeasmallflatbladescrewdriverin
theadjustmentscrewwhiletheIce
Flakerisoperating.
3. Gently
andslowlyturn
counterclockwiseuntilOv erload
ConditionIndicationLightilluminates.
Donotforceadjustmentscrewpast
bottomstop.
4. Thenturnadjustmentscrewclockwise1
hashmarkandstop.
5. PresstheresetbuttontostarttheIce
Flakeragain.
