MotorRelay(R1)maybedefectiveandneedtobereplaced.
4. SleeveBearingsareseized. 4. RemovetheGearMotorfromtheMountingHubortheSpeedReducerfromTop
CastingandtrytopushtheIceBladebyhand.IftheIceBladewillnotmove,the
SleeveBearingsmaybeseizedandneedtobereplaced.
5. GearMotororSpeedReducerisseized. 5. RemoveGearMotororSpeedReducerandbringvoltagetothemotor.Ifthe
outputshaftcannotturnwhilenotattachedtotheIceFlaker,itmaybeseizedand
needtobereplaced.
6. MotorOverloadsettingistoolow. 6. RaisetheMotorOverloadsettingattheControlModule(CM).Verifythe
amperagedrawisincorrespondencewiththenameplate.
7. Loosewiring. 7. Checkallwireterminalsandtightenasnecessary.
